How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and use the email address associated with your order to submit your request or contact Paddle customer support.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider. Once a purchase is refunded, access to its private download may be revoked.
