Terms & Conditions

Effective 12 September 2026

Agreement and seller

These terms are an agreement between you and Glasspaper Technologies, the seller and operator of the Mecoblanza website and digital edition. By accessing or continuing to use the website, or by purchasing the digital edition, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.

You confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Information you provide for a purchase must be accurate and kept up to date.

The museum and digital edition

Mecoblanza is an educational digital museum and book about the evolution and possible future of capital. A digital-edition purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the supplied PDF. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly reproduce, reverse engineer, remove rights notices from, or circumvent technical limits protecting the website or digital edition.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; introduce malware; probe or interfere with security; scrape or access the service through unauthorised automated means; impersonate another person; or attempt to bypass access, payment, or download controls.

Ownership

Glasspaper Technologies and its licensors retain all rights in the website, software, design, documentation, and branding. Book and museum content remains the intellectual property of its respective rights holder. Except for the limited personal licence stated above, no rights are transferred to you.

Educational information only

The museum and book are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing presented is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

Orders, payments, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms together with our Refund Policy.

Availability and suspension

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may change, maintain, or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and digital edition are provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Glasspaper Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions about an order may be submitted through Paddle customer support; other questions may be sent through the contact option supplied with your order.
